Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Age more than 20 years old
- •2\. Diagnosed with gynecologic malignancy of cervix, endometrium, or ovary
- •3\. Elective laparotomy surgery
- •4\. Having surgery performed by gynecologic oncology service
- •5\. Time to surgery 2\-4 week after cancer diagnoses
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Unable to follow oral instructions
- •2\. Neuromuscular disease\-causing motor weakness
- •3\. Emergency operation
- •4\. Preoperative hyperalimentation
- •5\. Bowel obstruction
- •6\. Can not tolerate physical program due to chronic illness
