Subjects having history of snoring and coughing at night
subjects scoring more than 10 on Epworth Sleepiness Scale
Exclusion Criteria
Subjects with acute illness
Known case of diabetes milletus
Structural abnormalities of airway i.e nasal polyps cancer significant deflection of nasal septum
