Elective surgery required general anesthesia with ASA classification I-II
Exclusion Criteria
•Allergic to lidocain lidocaine
•llocal infection
•History or suspected difficult intubation
•Maxillofacial or ENT surgery
•Nasopharyngeal intubation
•Intubated patients
