a.Patients with symptoms suggestive of laryngopharyngeal reflux disease with a reflux finding score of more than 7 as per laryngeal endoscopic examination.
b.Patients who are between the age group of 18 and 80.
a.Those who were taking proton pump inhibitors for the past one month
b.Patients who are hypersensitive to proton pump inhibitors
c.Those who are on any regular drugs
d.Pregnant women
e.Those who have not given consent
f.Patients below 18 years of age
g.Patients above 80 years of age
h. Patients with other co-existing laryngeal pathology
