Inclusion Criteria
1. Patients with maxillofacial trauma involving the Zygomatico-maxillary complex region who report within one month of the trauma.
2. Patients who will be managed non-surgically
3. Patients age between 18-70 years.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patients with associated pathologies like cysts or tumors of the jaw bones.
2. Associated Le fort fractures.
3. Patients who are not willing for follow-up for a period of 6 months.

Name Time Method Assessment of the following parameters: <br/ ><br>Step Deformity <br/ ><br>Mouth opening <br/ ><br>Nerve Paresthesia <br/ ><br>Ophthalmic condition <br/ ><br>Aesthetic deformity <br/ ><br>Persistent pain on chewing/biting. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: First visit to the hospital after trauma, 3 months and 6 months post trauma.
