Inclusion Criteria
Age 1 to 7 year, ASA I or II, Elective open pyeloplasty.
Exclusion Criteria
Refusal by guardians or parents for their children to participate in the study.ASA III or more.Children with metabolic abnormality.Children having distorted anatomy and infection at the site of injection.Cardiac disease patients.Patients with sepsis.Coagulopathy disorder.Allergic to drug.

Name Time Method Perioperative Neuroendocrine(Serum Cortisol and Glucose level) stress response after ultrasound guided Quadratus lumborum block.Timepoint: Before induction of general anaesthesia,30 min after surgical incision,30 min postoperative,24hour postoperative.

Name Time Method BP(Blood pressure),MAP(Mean arterial pressure),HR(Heart rate) recorded.Timepoint: T 0-Pre operative. <br/ ><br>T 1-After ETT intubation. <br/ ><br>T 2-15min after skin incision. <br/ ><br>T 3-30min after skin incision. <br/ ><br>T 4-At the end of surgery. <br/ ><br>Post operative at the following times on admission to PACU. <br/ ><br>T 5- 2 hour <br/ ><br>T 6- 4 hour <br/ ><br>T 7-8 hour <br/ ><br>T 8-12 hour <br/ ><br>T 9-16 hour <br/ ><br>T 10-24 hour;Duration of postoperative analgesia,when rescue analgesia is not required.The requirement is determined by FLACC score more than 3.Timepoint: 0,30min,1hr,2hr,4hr,8hr,12hr,16hr,24hr.
