1.Patients who will be undergoing maxillectomy for oral benign ,malignant tumours and fungal lesions
2.Patients who will be referred for prosthodontic rehabilitation after surgical resection.
3.Patients with good cognition and cooperation.
4.Patients who can take oral feeds after surgery ten days after surgery with surgical obturator in place
1.Patients with critical illness who needs hospitalisation and other modes of nutrition.
2.Patients who will need nasoenteric feeds even after 10 days of surgery will be excluded
3.Patients with renal disease.
4.Uncontrolled Diabetic Patients.
