- •1. age >/= 18 years
- •2. chronic kidney disease defined by structural or functional abnormality
- •Healthy volunteers
- •1. age >/= 18 years
- •2. eGFR >/= 90 ml/min/1.73 m2
- •3. no underlying disease
排除标准
- •1. on medication affecting platelet function, and coagulation system.
- •2. Hematocrit < 25%, Platelet < 100,000/cu.mm.
- •3. Diseases: platelet dysfunction (chronic myeloid leukemia), von Willebrand disease
- •4. on renal replacement therapy
