Inclusion Criteria

1. Children in the age group of 4-12 years

2. Presence of 3 to 4 active carious primary or permanent teeth with caries score 3,4 &5 of ICDAS II classification

3. Completion of informed consent to participate in the study by parents

Exclusion Criteria

1. Caries with pulpal exposure or fistula and swelling

2. History of spontaneous or elicited pain from caries or showing any signs of pulpal infection, swelling, abscess, obvious discoloration of the tooth, or premature mobility

3. Reported usage of local or systemic antibiotics, chlorhexidine, or fluoride mouthwashes within the last 2 weeks

4. Children with 5 or more carious teeth.

5. Children who are undergoing medical treatment for chronic or acute diseases that affect salivary flow

6. Allergy or sensitivity to silver or any of the materials included in the study

7. Carious teeth in the exfoliative stage

1.Cariostatic effect of nano silver fluoride and silver diamine fluoride in 4 to 12-year-old specially abled children <br/ ><br>2.Antibacterial effect of nano silver fluoride and silver diamine fluoride on salivary bacteria in 4 to12 year old specially abled children by measuring the microbial count of mutans streptococci and lactobacilli before and one month after intervention. <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>Timepoint: 1.Cariostatic effect of nano silver fluoride and silver diamine fluoride in 1,3 and 6 months respectively <br/ ><br>2.Antibacterial effect of nano silver fluoride and silver diamine fluoride on salivary bacteria before its application and after 1 and 3 months. <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>
