•1. Children in the age group of 4-12 years
•2. Presence of 3 to 4 active carious primary or permanent teeth with caries score 3,4 &5 of ICDAS II classification
•3. Completion of informed consent to participate in the study by parents

•1. Caries with pulpal exposure or fistula and swelling
•2. History of spontaneous or elicited pain from caries or showing any signs of pulpal infection, swelling, abscess, obvious discoloration of the tooth, or premature mobility
•3. Reported usage of local or systemic antibiotics, chlorhexidine, or fluoride mouthwashes within the last 2 weeks
•4. Children with 5 or more carious teeth.
•5. Children who are undergoing medical treatment for chronic or acute diseases that affect salivary flow
•6. Allergy or sensitivity to silver or any of the materials included in the study
•7. Carious teeth in the exfoliative stage
