Inclusion Criteria
The women and man who have the disease of MS.
The last relapse of the disease 6 months.
The patient is resident of Kerman.
The patients complete conscientious consent.
Exclusion Criteria
The patients who are under 19 years old and up 35 years old.
The patients who is not able take self-care.
The patients who dont complete conscientious consent.

Name Time Method Improving health promoting self-care behaviors. Timepoint: Calculation of health promoting self-care behaviors(before the intervention begins), one week and two month after completion of training sessions. Method of measurement: Pender's Health promoting Behavior Questionnaire.;Improving quality of life. Timepoint: Calculation of the quality of life(before the intervention begins), one week and two month after completion of training sessions. Method of measurement: Quality of Life Questionnaire for MS patients.
