Inclusion Criteria
- •Inclusion:12\-13 years old girl students in second grade secondary school (high school the first stage) and have the knowledge and full consent to participate in research.
- •Exclusion criteria: 1\. Absence over a meeting of the four sessions; 2\. Dissatisfaction to participate in research; 3\. Relocation school; 4\. Completion incomplete sample questionnaire in the pre\-test and post\-test.
