Inclusion Criteria

Undergoing elective urethroscopic lithotripsy surgery

Weight < 90kg,Duration of surgery < 90 mins

Exclusion Criteria

1.Contraindications to SAB

2.Allergy to tramadol, bupivacaine

3.Significant cardiorespiratory, renal, or hepatic impairment

4.Uncontrolled hypertension or diabetes mellitus

5.On chronic analgesics, vasodilators/vasoconstrictors

6.Weight > 90kg

7.ASA grade > III

8.Cerebrovascular disease, thyroid dysfunction

9.Infection of the urinary tract or the external auditory meatus
