- •Undergoing elective urethroscopic lithotripsy surgery
- •Weight < 90kg,Duration of surgery < 90 mins
排除标准
- •1.Contraindications to SAB
- •2.Allergy to tramadol, bupivacaine
- •3.Significant cardiorespiratory, renal, or hepatic impairment
- •4.Uncontrolled hypertension or diabetes mellitus
- •5.On chronic analgesics, vasodilators/vasoconstrictors
- •6.Weight > 90kg
- •7.ASA grade > III
- •8.Cerebrovascular disease, thyroid dysfunction
- •9.Infection of the urinary tract or the external auditory meatus
