Inclusion Criteria
- •Adult patients with ASA physical status I and II undergoing elective lower abdominal and lower limb surgeries under subarachnoid block
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Contraindications to spinal anaesthesia
- •2\.Morbidly obese
- •3\.Known allergy to study drugs or their constituents
- •4\.Presence of preoperative bradycardia and heart blocks
