Inclusion Criteria

•Adult patients with ASA physical status I and II undergoing elective lower abdominal and lower limb surgeries under subarachnoid block

Exclusion Criteria

•1\.Contraindications to spinal anaesthesia
•2\.Morbidly obese
•3\.Known allergy to study drugs or their constituents
•4\.Presence of preoperative bradycardia and heart blocks
