(1) Women aged 50-70 years.
(2) There is no neuromuscular disease caused by other factors, and cognitive ability is normal.
(3) Meet the diagnostic criteria for pelvic organ prolapse I and II;
(4) Comply with the syndrome differentiation criteria of Yin Ting Qi Deficiency;
(5) No history of hormone use in the past 3 months;
(6) Informed consent and cooperation with inspection and treatment.
(1) History of symptoms such as urination, chronic bronchitis, and urogenital infections.
(2) Previous history of pelvic surgery or transvaginal surgery.
(3) Malignant lesions of the reproductive system or diseases that can cause abnormal vaginal secretions (such as cervical cancer, endometrial cancer, fallopian tube cancer, CIN II or above, and acute pelvic inflammatory disease, etc.).
(4) Patients with severe diseases such as cardiovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system or mental illness.(5) Patients with vaginal wall cysts.
(6) Patients who fail to treat as required, cannot judge the efficacy or have incomplete data, etc., which affect the effect observation.
