Inclusion Criteria

Patients with chronic Testicular Pain who were referred to a pelvic floor physiotherapist by the urology department of Leiden University Medical Center, and received a diagnostic investigation of the pelvic floor, from October 2005

Exclusion Criteria

Newfound pathology which can be an explanation for chronic testicular pain, and/or other pathology in this area.
