Inclusion Criteria
For Transgender Women:Transsexual women who underwent sex reassignment surgery; individuals 18 to 60 years old. For Transsexual Men: transsexual men; over 18 years old; in use hormone therapy; having or not performed transsexualizing surgeries such as Mastectomy of Masculinization or Total Hysterectomy
Exclusion Criteria
Transsexual women who did not undergo sex reassignment surgery; Transsexual women reassigned in trial period; men not on hormone therapy

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method - Pelvic floor muscle function, will be evaluated by kinesiological-functional evaluation of the pelvic floor muscles<br>;- Sexual satisfaction will be assessed by female sexual function index and female sexual discomfort scale.<br>;- Genital self-image will be assessed by the vaginal self-image questionnaire<br>;- Effects of Pelvic Physiotherapy techniques, will be evaluated by kinesiological-functional evaluation of the pelvic floor muscles<br>;- Impact of hormone therapy will be assessed by kinesiologic-functional evaluation of pelvic floor muscles<br>;- Urinary function, will be assessed by the questionnaire protection, amount, frequency, adjustment, bodyimage
