Nurses should have at least six months of work experience in the special department and one year of clinical experience
Have received or delivered at least one patient in different shifts
Willingness and full satisfaction of nurses to complete demographic information and participate in the study

Exclusion Criteria

Nurses should not get sick or move or take leave during study

The mean score of the quality of safe care of nurses. Timepoint: Measuring the average quality score of safe care at the beginning of the study (before the intervention) and 3 months after the intervention. Method of measurement: Safe Nursing Care Evaluation Questionnaire.
