Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Nurses should have at least six months of work experience in the special department and one year of clinical experience
- •Have received or delivered at least one patient in different shifts
- •Willingness and full satisfaction of nurses to complete demographic information and participate in the study
Exclusion Criteria
- •Nurses should not get sick or move or take leave during study
