Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Children with cerebral palsy undergoing orthopedic surgery in QSNICH
  • 2\. Age 2\-15 year
  • 3\. American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status of I\-II

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Deny to participate in study
  • 2\. Have underlying of cardiovascular disease, sinus bradycardia, atrio ventricular block, liver disease
  • 3\. History of seizure
  • 4\. American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status more than III
  • 5\. body temperature less than 36 degree Celsius or more than 37\.5 degree Celsius
