Inclusion Criteria

1 American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I and II.

2 Patients aged 18-60 years scheduled for elective intracranial Meningioma surgery will be included in our study.

Exclusion Criteria

Refusal of consent

1 ASA class > III,

2 Morbid obesity,

3 Uncontrolled hypertension patients,

4 History of coronary artery disease,

5 Patients on beta blockers,

• History of chronic renal and hepatic insufficiency,

• History of heart block,

• History of allergy to Dexmedetomedine,

• Patients having pacemakers and automatic implantable cardioverter-defibrillator.
