Diagnosis of PUD
Written informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
Insufficient German language skills
Acute suicidality
Acute psychoses
Acute substance dependence with the exception of nicotine
Consumption of pedophile pornography

Name Time Method Absence of a diagnosis of pornography use disorder (PUD) at the end of treatment (or at the end of the waiting period) assessed with a clinical interview
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method - Symptoms of compulsive sexual disorder assessed with the Compulsive Sexual Behavior Disorder Scale (CSBD-19)<br>- Problematic pornography use recorded with the Problematic Pornography Consumption Scale (PPCS-6)<br>- Negative consequences of pornography use as measured by the Hypersexual Behavior Consequences Scale (HBCS) modified for pornography use<br>- Duration of pornography use<br>- Mental stress recorded with the Brief Symptom Checklist (BSCL)<br>- General well-being assessed with the WHO-5<br>- Quality of life assessed with the WHOQOL-BREF<br>- Resource consumption recorded via questionnaires and health insurance costs<br>All measures are recorded upon inclusion in the study, at the end of therapy (or the waiting period) and at a follow-up examination after six months. Resource consumption is also recorded every three months.
