Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •german speaking,
  • •owning a smartphone,
  • •internet access,
  • •depression (PHQ\-8 greater than or equal to 10\),
  • •stable medication over the investigation period

Exclusion Criteria

  • •current psychotherapy,
  • •psychotherapy in the last 6 months,
  • •capacity to consent,
  • •current suicidality,
  • •dose changes in the medication,
  • •substance abuse,
  • •more severe mental disorders (e.g. psychosis)
