- •History of heart failure
- •History of Kidney Failure
- •History of liver failure
- •Psychiatric and cognitive disorders
- •Chronic pain
- •Drug abuse or using psychotropic drugs
- •Alcohol abuse
- •Long-term use of painkillers
- •History of allergy to dexmedetomidine
- •Redo surgery
- •History of motor disease
