- •1)Patients diagnosed of spinal stenosis presenting chronic lumbosacral radicular pain
- •2) Aged over 20 years.
- •3) Patients who agreed to participate in the trial.

- •1) Patient refusal
- •2) Dominant back pain
- •3) Unable to communicate
- •4) Pregnancy, Breast feeding
- •5) Allergic, hypersensitivity to study drugs
- •6) Procedure failure
- •7) Heart failure, chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases
- •8) Coagulopathies
- •9) Uncontrolled chronic disorders
