Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •All patients with age greater than 18 years admitted to ICU will be included
Exclusion Criteria
- •a.Consent refusal
- •b.Post\-cardiac arrest resuscitated patient prior to ICU admission
- •c.Patients with chronic kidney disease.
- •d.Pregnant and lactating mothers
- •e.Patients with jaundice, anaemia, liver disease and history of hemoglobinopathies.
- •f.Terminally ill Cancer patients .
- •g.Patients receiveing massive blood transfusion.
