Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Histologically proven small cell lung cancer
  • \- Limited stage according to AJCC
  • \- ECOG performance status \=2
  • \- Follow\-up duration \=1 year
  • \- HbA1c levels were checked 2 week before the start of radiotherapy

Exclusion Criteria

  • \- Histologically proven non\-small cell lung cancer
  • \- Patients who did not complete the planned radiotherapy
  • \- No available follow\-up data

This is a research in which we try to see that is there any correlation between the pre-surgery value of glycosylated hemoglobin with the variations of blood sugar values during brain tumor surgery in non diabetic patients as high blood sugar level during brain surgery is harmful.Health Condition 1: null- Patients aged between 18- 65 years and belonging to ASA1 and ASA2 status planned for elective craniotomy for glioma under general anesthesia receiving steroid were enrolled in this study
