Solitary disc bulge .
-Low back pain with radiculopathy .
-Patients with neuropathic symptoms like paraesthesia, numbness.
-Average pain score >4 on 10 point NRS scale without bladder or bowel involvement .
Infection at the site of injection.
Contra-indications to steroids.
Hypersensitivity to radiographic contrast agent.
Presence of b/l radiating leg pain.
Evidence of motor or sensory deficit secondary to disc bulge.
Presence of anatomical deformity of spine and severe psychiatric illness.
Past history of Spine surgery, implant insertion , diabetes mellitus, multiple sclerosis,
cardiac pacemaker .
Presence of back pain due to malignancy.
Coagulopathies and/ or on anticoagulants.
Pregnant females.
