Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Solitary disc bulge .
- •\-Low back pain with radiculopathy .
- •\-Patients with neuropathic symptoms like paraesthesia, numbness.
- •\-Average pain score \>4 on 10 point NRS scale without bladder or bowel involvement .
Exclusion Criteria
- •Infection at the site of injection.
- •Contra\-indications to steroids.
- •Hypersensitivity to radiographic contrast agent.
- •Presence of b/l radiating leg pain.
- •Evidence of motor or sensory deficit secondary to disc bulge.
- •Presence of anatomical deformity of spine and severe psychiatric illness.
- •Past history of Spine surgery, implant insertion , diabetes mellitus, multiple sclerosis,
- •cardiac pacemaker .
- •Presence of back pain due to malignancy.
- •Coagulopathies and/ or on anticoagulants.
