Brief Summary

A total of 152 trauma patients were included. There were 75.8% males with the mean age of 39.1 years old. The morality rate counted from discharge time was 45.5% and the factors associated with overall hospital mortality rate were Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS), Injury Severity Score (ISS) and respiratory rate. It could explain the 56.1% in predicting in-hospital mortality. The equation was able to predict hospital mortality with 89.4% accuracy and area under curve (AUC) of 0.946

Inclusion Criteria

1. We included trauma patients with Luntom EMS ambulance bring to Queen Savang Vadhana Memorial Hospital ED
2. Age > 15 years

Exclusion Criteria

1. Referal patient
2. Patient who declared death before arrive at hospital
3. Patient who admited and refer to another hospital
4. There is incomplete information from the medical record.
