入选标准
- •1)Patients requiring open flap debridement in atleast two quadrants across the midline.
- •2)Diagnosed cases of Stage II and Grade B Generalized Periodontitis
- •3)Patients having at least 6 teeth present in each quadrant.
排除标准
- •Patients with a history of systemic/local antibiotic therapy within 6 months.
- •1)Current/Past history of tobacco use.
- •2)Pregnant and lactating women.
- •3)Patients in other than ASA-I - physical status.
- •4)Patients with plaque and bleeding scores = 20% at 4 weeks after phase I therapy
