Inclusion Criteria

Mechanical back pain with VAS�6

Age group 18 to 30 years old both male and female

Hamstring tightness popliteal angle less than 80 degree

Negative SLR

Exclusion Criteria

Latex allergy

Any recent surgical history (spine, hip, knee, ankle)

cord compression,

radiculopathy

venous thrombotic disease

heart diseases

dermatitis

Radiculopathy,

Any long-term anticoagulant or corticosteroid drugs intake.

Hypertension ; diastolic BP >100 mmHg, systolic BP >160 mmHg
