Inclusion Criteria
- •postmenopausal woman; present non specific chronic low back pain; low back pain for more than three months;
- •no history of engagement in physical exercise during the previous three months
Exclusion Criteria
- •be on hormone replacement therapy or analgesics; practice other types of exercises or treatments during the experiment
