1. Patients aged 50-80 years old;
2. The diagnosis of knee osteoarthritis was in accordance with the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine;
3. Patients who meet the syndrome differentiation standard of dampness heat obstruction syndrome;
4. Patients with knee osteoarthritis of Kellgren Lawrence grade 0 - III;
5. Patients who stop taking NSAIDs for at least 7 days or more;
6. Patients who need to stop taking drugs for one month or more if they use the drugs to improve their condition (diacerein and similar drugs);
7. Patients and their family members have good compliance and sign informed consent.
1. Patients overlap other rheumatic diseases, such as systemic lupus erythematosus, Sjogren's syndrome, rheumatoid arthritis, etc;
2. Patients with serious diseases such as heart, brain, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system;
3. Pregnant or lactating women, psychotic patients;
4. Patients who have participated in other clinical trials in the past four weeks.
