(1) The age of women was 45-55 years old;
(2) Menopause 1 year or more;
(3) Improved Kupperman score >=15;
(4) Patients who meet the syndrome differentiation criteria of kidney yin deficiency or kidney yin yang deficiency;
(5) Those who voluntarily participated in the study and signed the informed consent.
(1) Patients with serious organic diseases such as heart, liver, kidney and brain, serious body diseases and malignant tumors;
(2) Combined with active thyroid disease;
(3) Active or recent arterial thromboembolic diseases (such as angina, myocardial infarction);
(4) Allergic to known pharmaceutical ingredients;
(5) Hysterectomy;
(6) Patients who used sex hormone drugs or participated in other clinical trials in the past 3 months.
