(1) 40~60 years old (including 60 years old);
(2) Meet the diagnostic criteria of western medicine for menopausal syndrome and MCI;
(3) Patients with deficiency of kidney yin and deficiency of both kidney yin and yang that meet the TCM syndrome differentiation standards;
(4) 1 year (5) Those who voluntarily participated in this study.
(1) Patients with severe heart, liver, kidney, brain and other organic diseases and severe physical diseases and malignant tumors;
(2) Patients with active thyroid disease;
(3) Those who are allergic to known pharmaceutical ingredients;
(4) Patients with severe depression (Beck Depression Inventory BDI-II score> 28 points);
(5) Exclude people with cognitive dysfunction caused by trauma, brain tumors and surgery;
(6) Alcohol and drug abusers;
(7) Patients who have used banned drugs in the past 3 months or participated in other clinical trials;
(8) Patients with folic acid and vitamin B12 deficiency.
