- •1. Emergency surgery, 2. Reoperation, 3. Calculation or soy oil allergy, 4. QT extension confirmed in preoperative ECG, 5. history of drug abuse, 6. In case of taking other drugs, 7. In case of co-operation with other surgery, 8. Short surgery within 1 hour.
