2)Age from 18 years to 55 years old either sex 3)patients undergoing surgeries under general anesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
1) pregnancy
2)obesity (BMI more than 30)
3) Significant Cardiovascular, Respiratory, neurological,Endocrine disorders
