Inclusion Criteria
Patients with eGFR <60 ml/min/1.73m2 who underwent elective cardiovascular angiography,PCI or both
Exclusion Criteria
a). Patient unwilling and unable to give valid informed written consent
b). Acute Coronary Syndrome
c). End Stage Renal Disease requiring dialysis
d). Cardiogenic shock, Congestive Heart Failure
e). H/o hypersensitivity to contrast media
f).Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease,sPO2 <90%(necessitating a supply of O2)
g). Use of antioxidant N- acetyl cysteine to prevent CIN
