Inclusion Criteria
1. Pediatric patients age 0-6 years
2. Required general anesthesia with endotracheal intubation or laryngeal mask airway
3. ASA classification 1-2
Exclusion Criteria
1. Rapid sequence induction
2. Contraindicated or allergic to drug in the research, or facemask cannot be fit.
3. Baseline pulse oximetry < 95% or require oxygen supplement prior to surgery
4. Lung and airway pathology
5. Intracardiac shunting
6. Body weight >95th percentile or <5th percentile
