Inclusion Criteria
1. patients fulfilling the classical signs and symptoms of dushta varana.
2. Diabetic foot ulcer (when blood sugar level is controlled)
3. Post surgical wound infection
4. Traumatic infected wound
5. Perianal wound
Exclusion Criteria
1. Uncontrolled diabetic ulcer
2. Tubercular ulcer
3. Malignant ulcer
4. HIV, HBsAg, HCV and COVID-19 positive patients
5. Osteomylitic ulcer
6. Laprotic ulcer
7. Fulminating ulcer
8. Actinomycetes
