入选标准
- •? Men aged 50-69 who visit the health examination center and desire prostate cancer screening.
- •? Serum PSA level ranging from 3-10 ng/mL.
- •? Normal findings on digital rectal examination.
- •? Patients who have not previously undergone prostate tissue biopsy.
- •? Patients who do not have contraindications for prostate MRI.
- •? Patients who are able to voluntarily provide informed consent.
排除标准
- •? Patients with a history of prostate tissue biopsy within the past 3 years.
- •? Patients with pacemaker insertion, claustrophobia, or eGFR below 45
- •? Patients with total hip joint replacement or those with metallic materials in the pelvis.
- •? Patients who have undergone transurethral prostatectomy.
- •? Patients who have undergone surgery for benign prostatic hyperplasia or prostate cancer.
- •? Patients who have taken 5-alpha reductase inhibitors within the past 6 months.
