Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •? Men aged 50\-69 who visit the health examination center and desire prostate cancer screening.
  • •? Serum PSA level ranging from 3\-10 ng/mL.
  • •? Normal findings on digital rectal examination.
  • •? Patients who have not previously undergone prostate tissue biopsy.
  • •? Patients who do not have contraindications for prostate MRI.
  • •? Patients who are able to voluntarily provide informed consent.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •? Patients with a history of prostate tissue biopsy within the past 3 years.
  • •? Patients with pacemaker insertion, claustrophobia, or eGFR below 45
  • •? Patients with total hip joint replacement or those with metallic materials in the pelvis.
  • •? Patients who have undergone transurethral prostatectomy.
  • •? Patients who have undergone surgery for benign prostatic hyperplasia or prostate cancer.
  • •? Patients who have taken 5\-alpha reductase inhibitors within the past 6 months.
