Patients scheduled with elective operation under general anesthesia
Patients with a body mass index greater than 35 kg / m2
American sociaty of anesthesiologist physical status 1 ~ 3
20 years or older
Patients who have voluntarily agreed to participate in this study
Patients who are expected to need awake intubation
Patients who are expected to require nasal tracheal intubation
Patients with pathological aspects of the oropharyngeal structure
Patients who need to limit cervical spine movements with unstable cervical spine
Patients deemed inappropriate by researchers
