Inclusion Criteria
1.Patients/Parents who will give consent to be a part of the study.
2.Healed Socket.
3.Patient should be first time wearer of ocular prosthesis.
4.Unilateral anophthalmia.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Any type of acute conjunctivitis, conjunctival cyst, orbital implant exposure, or use of a scratched or poorly fitting prosthesis.
2.Patients who had undergone extensive surgery of defected eye
3.Patient undergone radiotherapy.
4.Patient having symptoms of dry eye.
