Confirmed diagnosis of Cerebral palsy.
Children with frequent anterior drooling as determined by parent or child and affecting the child’s physical or social health.
Children with sialorrhea associated with following conditions will be excluded.
Known cases of
-Congenital disease and genetic disorders.
-Acute and chronic respiratory diseases.
-Children under Anti-epileptic or Anti-convulsant drugs.
-Neurodegenerative condition.
-Presence of additional vocal pathology e.g., vocal nodules.
-Other chronic systemic illness.
The exclusion is based on clinical features, history of illness along with available
investigation reports.
