1. Inclusion criteria for migraine and tension headache subjects:
(1) Aged between 18 and 65 years;
(2) Migraine subjects meet the diagnostic criteria: meet the ICHD-3 version of the diagnostic criteria for migraine (without aura) issued by the International Headache Society in 2018;
(3) Tension-type headache subjects meet the diagnostic criteria: meet the diagnostic criteria for frequent tension-type headache in the ''International Classification of Headache Disorders'' (ICHD-3) formulated by the International Headache Association in 2018;
(4) Right-handed;
(5) History of migraine or tension-type headache for more than 6 months;
(6) In the past 3 months, migraine or tension-type headache attacked more than once a month;
(7) Have not received acupuncture treatment in the past 3 months;
(8) In the past 3 months, did not take migraine or tension-type headache preventive drugs, long-acting analgesics, psychotropic drugs (such as Prozac, sulfamethoxazole) and vasoactive drugs;
(9) The subject himself or his immediate family signed the informed consent.
2. Inclusion criteria for healthy people:
(1) Aged between 18 and 65 years;
(2) Right-handed;
(3) No medication or acupuncture treatment in the past 3 months;
(4) After the examination of relevant clinical indicators in the hospital, the subjects were diagnosed with normal imaging, laboratory and physical signs, and there were no complications such as diabetes, heart disease and other diseases;
(5) Have not participated in other clinical projects;
(6) Do not have any headache and other pain;
(7) The subjects themselves signed or their immediate family members signed the informed consent.
1. Suffering from other types of pain;
2. Suffering from mental disorders and other diseases;
3. Patients with cognitive impairment who cannot cooperate with examination and treatment;
4. Patients with serious primary diseases such as cancer, circulatory system, respiratory system, digestive system, hematopoietic system;
5. Pregnant or lactating patients;
6. Those with a history of alcohol, drug abuse, or drug dependence;
7. There are contraindications to acupuncture;
8. There are contraindications to MRI (such as metal implants in the body, or claustrophobia syndrome, etc.).
