(1) Patients aged between 18 and 90 who meet the diagnostic criteria of slow sinus arrhythmia and the above diagnostic criteria of TCM syndromes;
(2) Informed consent and voluntary participation of the patient;
(3) Sign informed consent.
(1) A patient under 18 or over 90 years of age, a pregnant or lactating woman;
(2) Sinus bradycardia without obvious symptoms of discomfort;
(3) Patients with sick sinus syndrome presenting as slow-fast syndrome accompanied by a-s syndrome or syncope;
(4) Patients installed or fitted with permanent pacemakers;
(5) Patients with severe hemodynamic instability such as hypotension and shock;
(6) Patients with severe primary diseases such as heart, brain, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system;
(7) Patients with secondary bradycardia caused by non-cardiac diseases such as hypothyroidism and intracranial lesions;
(8) Patients taking bradycardia drugs such as ß receptor blockers and digitalis preparations;
(9) Allergic constitution or multi-drug allergy;
(10) Patients treated with western medicine;
(11) Patients participating in other clinical studies.
