Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. ASA I/II
- •2\. Scheduled for Lumbar spine surgery (herniated lumbar disc, spinal canal stenosis)
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.ASA III or more
- •2\. Allergy to the drugs
- •3\.Coagulopathy
- •4\.Infection at puncture site
- •5\.Mental disorder, Communication failure, unable to discriminate cutaneous pin prick.
- •6\.Chronic use of analgesics, inability to operate PCA pump
- •7\.Preexisting spinal cord disease , prior lumbar spine surgery
- •8\.BMI\>\=30
