- •1. ASA I/II
- •2. Scheduled for Lumbar spine surgery (herniated lumbar disc, spinal canal stenosis)
排除标准
- •1.ASA III or more
- •2. Allergy to the drugs
- •3.Coagulopathy
- •4.Infection at puncture site
- •5.Mental disorder, Communication failure, unable to discriminate cutaneous pin prick.
- •6.Chronic use of analgesics, inability to operate PCA pump
- •7.Preexisting spinal cord disease , prior lumbar spine surgery
- •8.BMI>=30
