Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. ASA I/II
  • •2\. Scheduled for Lumbar spine surgery (herniated lumbar disc, spinal canal stenosis)

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.ASA III or more
  • •2\. Allergy to the drugs
  • •3\.Coagulopathy
  • •4\.Infection at puncture site
  • •5\.Mental disorder, Communication failure, unable to discriminate cutaneous pin prick.
  • •6\.Chronic use of analgesics, inability to operate PCA pump
  • •7\.Preexisting spinal cord disease , prior lumbar spine surgery
  • •8\.BMI\>\=30
