Inclusion Criteria
All carcinoma breast patients who undergone modified radical mastectomy, all age female included
Exclusion Criteria
1.Inflammatory breast carcinoma
2. Ulceroproliferative lesions with technically difficult primary closure.
3.male breast cancer.
4. Quilting suture.
