Patients age above 18 years
Patients with operable head and neck cancers.
Intact spinal accessory nerve intra operatively.
Patients having shoulder or neck pain post operatively
Patients having any symptoms of shoulder dysfunction such as shoulder droop, limited range of motion of shoulder abduction, insufficient muscle strength of shoulder abduction to against gravity.
Patients with frozen shoulder or adhesive capsulitis.
Patients with bony deformities or pre-existing musculoskeletal disorders of shoulder joint.
Patients having neurological disorder
Patients diagnosed with inflammatory arthritis, chronic inflammatory disorder causing arthritis.
Patients who are not able to comprehend and follow the exercises instructed to them.
