Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. More than 1 year after onset
- •2\. tetraplegia (C2\-T1\)
- •3\. Those with weakness in the proximal part muscle strength of the upper limb (those who cannot independently eat and groom because their shoulder flexion, abduction, elbow flexion strength is less than fair)
- •4\. If the upper limb proximal part muscle strength is fair, the endurance is low and it is impossible to perform daily activities such as eating and grooming.
- •5\. Those whose shoulder and elbow range of motion is more than 90 degrees and 50 degrees, respectively
- •6\. Those with more than 30 minutes sitting tolerance.
- •7\. Those who voluntarily agreed to participate in this study.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Those with severe contracture problems in the upper extremities
- •2\. Those who have an obvious disease that can cause muscle weakness due to an abnormality in the central nervous system other than spinal cord injury.
- •3\. Those who have difficulty following the therapist's instructions due to cognitive function problems
- •4\. A person who is limited in movement of the upper limb due to stiffness of MAS 3 or higher
- •5\. Those who can independently perform daily life activities
- •6\. Pregnant women and women of childbearing potential
